Service Foreman

We are hiring a Service Foreman to support our Service Superintendents in high-end residential construction projects. The role involves executing projects to the highest standard of quality, collaborating with superintendents, and supervising subcontractors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of residential construction experience
• OSHA 10 and CPR / First Aid certifications
• Working knowledge of carpentry, building codes, and home mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional and succinct communication skills
• Ability to learn, develop skills, and share knowledge with others
