Job description
Estimator will work on negotiated commercial projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors. The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
Prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates, conceptual cost studies, and detailed estimates. Assemble estimate packages, collaborate with project teams, and negotiate subcontracts.
The successful candidate will be a flexible, detail-oriented team player with excellent listening and communication skills, creative problem-solving, and proficiency in various software tools.
