Senior Project Engineer

DPR Construction is seeking a senior project engineer with a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, enforcing contracts, and implementing company policies. The position requires a strong work ethic, a "can-do" attitude, and a passion for construction.

Requirements

• Participation and application of DPR’s environmental health and safety plan
• Mentor, develop and train team members
• Management of other project engineer team members
• Understanding and enforcement of contracts
• Assist superintendent and project manager in implementing DPR policies
• Organizing project files and documents
• Preparation and updating of project schedules
• Preparation and implementation of document control entities
• Distribution of project information
• Identifying and negotiating change orders
• Preparing agendas and meeting minutes
• Participating in project cost control
• Preparing owner billing
