IT Specialist (m/w/d)

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Specialist to support our customers in using our in-house applications effectively, accompany them in the first steps with new applications, and offer competent help in challenges.

What You Will Do

You will support customers, test applications, maintain customer communication and documentation, and work with various technologies such as AVD, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• Training as IT Specialist for System Integration, Business Informatics, IT System Salesman, IT System Management or a comparable qualification
• Experience with AVD / VDI, Windows Server, Network technology / Infrastructure, Telephony systems / Cloud Telephony, Microsoft 365, Firewalls, NAS, Surveillance, Managed Backup (Cloud Backup Systems), and Nextcloud
• First experiences in support, proficiency in handling Windows and Apple operating systems, and good German language skills
