Requirements
- Valid license and own method of transportation is mandatory
- Must be bondable (Criminal Record Check)
- Must be flexible and available on weekends
- Must be comfortable driving straight box trucks (Will train)
- Pressure washing experience is an asset (Will train)
- Individuals must be mechanically inclined, or familiar on using small hand tools to perform on site maintenance
- Operate a multitude of hand tools including shovels, squeegees, brooms, etc.
- Individuals must be comfortable working on their own with little supervision.
- Individuals must be comfortable and willing to working outside
- Operating high powered pressure washer, for extended periods of time.
- Individuals must be willing and able to perform General Labourer duties that include but not limited to: Post construction clean up, interior/exterior window cleaning, working at heights, specialized cleaning services, other duties as assigned.
