Job description
In this role, you'll be a key leader within the Operations department, driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives including service, cost, margin, and planning improvements. The ideal candidate has a background in Operations and/or Strategy, a passion for process improvement, and strength in developing relationships between teams.
Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic objectives and improvements across Operations and cross-functionally. Lead strategic, performance improvement, and software projects end-to-end.
The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, executive communication skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity. 5+ years experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analytics roles.
