Support the Trading Team by responding to customer inquiries, maintaining high service standards, and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries, escalate customer complaints, organize and maintain data, and support all aspects of the trading process.
Strong proficiency in English, detail-oriented, and ability to think quickly and work efficiently under tight time constraints.
