VIP Host

Role Overview

As a VIP Host, you will execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand the true needs of our players and foster long-term customer loyalty.

What You Will Do

Create new business revenue by developing strong player relationships, manage player relationships, maintain market understanding, lead player reactivation efforts, and compile player feedback.

You will bring a bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience, at least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, and an analytical mindset to make quick decisions on data and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required Gaming Licenses
