
Job description
Draper's Systems Integration and Test Division is seeking an integration and test engineer to primarily work in Draper's Strategic Systems and Electronic Systems business areas with possible assignments in the Space and Biotechnology business areas. The role involves managing priorities, scope, schedule, and cost to baselines, and developing system-level I&T requirements based on mission requirements.
Manage and control priorities, scope, schedule, and cost to baselines, derive system-level I&T requirements, develop and implement I&T approaches, and identify program/system-level I&T technical risks.
The ideal candidate will have a curiosity-driven approach to solving complex problems, strong organization, planning, and time management skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks and demands.
