
Job description
As a Customer Operations Administrator, you will be part of the Metering and Settlement Team, responsible for managing worklists, resolving issues, improving data quality, and processing customer and contract data.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing worklists, resolving issues, improving data quality, validating and processing change of tenancies, and coordinating lettering and email campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a customer-focused or administrative role, knowledge of the electricity industry and regulatory frameworks, and excellent organisational skills.
