Dreаmix is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project and/or program management in IT and software development, with a proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end and understanding technical details.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project and/or program management in IT and software development
- Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end and understanding technical details within a project.
- Solid experience leading projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in hybrid and multinational environments
- Strong understanding of technical concepts — software development lifecycle, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and technical debt
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
- One or more of the following certificates - PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, SAFe Agilist, ACP, or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with fluent English (spoken and written)
- A proactive, hands-on mindset - you take ownership, dig into the details, and don't wait to be asked
- Flexible and resilient personality, ready to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
