Event Manager

Role Overview

As an Event Manager, you'll be part of a creative team that brings ideas to life with passion and creates high-quality, emotional experiences for our community. You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing concerts and live events, from concept development to on-site implementation.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include independent planning and organization of events, budget planning, coordination of external service providers, creation of project-relevant documents, leadership of internal project meetings, and steering of the entire event management process.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in event management, preferably in the live or concert sector
• Very good organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication skills in dealing with artists, partners, and service providers
• Safe handling of numbers as well as common business economic key figures and terms
• High level of initiative, reliability, and structured working method
• Flexibility including willingness to occasional weekend or travel activity
