What You Will Do

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs, lead initiatives for employee development, training, and engagement, maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
