Implementatieconsultant

As an Implementation Consultant at Drieam, you will be part of the Customer Experience (CX) team. You will work on projects at educational institutions, provide advice, and support customers. No day is the same, and you will be responsible for implementing and improving digital learning environments for customers.

Requirements

• Customer-focused and passionate about improving education and digital processes
• Excellent affinity with complex (technical) projects and ability to lead implementation tracks
• Ability to put yourself in the shoes of customers' challenges and guide them through the digital transition
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in or for education
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, spoken and written
• A relevant (technical) HBO/WO education
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience with project management
• Knowledge of or affinity with digital didactics, LMS, and ICT
• Experience with managing projects
• Knowledge of or affinity with Canvas LMS or another Learning Management System (LMS)
