The Director, Total Rewards is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously evolving Enverus's global compensation programs and international benefits strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and/or total rewards
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Demonstrated expertise in broad-based compensation design, job architecture, and salary structure development
- Hands-on experience administering international benefits programs across multiple countries and regulatory environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred) and compensation management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives and Board-level audiences
