Director, Procurement

Role Overview

The Director, Procurement leads and owns all procurement and purchasing activities at DrinkPAK. This role is responsible for developing and executing a procurement strategy that supports cost-effective sourcing, operational continuity, and long-term business growth.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end procurement and purchasing for raw materials, packaging, indirect spend, and services; Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with operational and business objectives; Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
• At least 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or CPG, preferably in beverage or food
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience required
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering measurable cost and supply performance results
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational decisions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
