General Manager

Role Overview

The General Manager has holistic responsibility for the entire facility, overseeing production, operational efficiency, quality assurance, and profit and loss. The position is based at DrinkPAK's newest location in Pennsylvania. What You Will Do

Oversee manufacturing, maintenance, and warehousing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met. Assist the Chief Operating Officer with long-range operating goals and expansion efforts, and work with the Chief Financial Officer to develop the operating budget.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in industrial management, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
