This position will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to identify and attract top talent to our organization, including a near-term focus on nationwide recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders and will have experience with full life-cycle recruitment processes.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing and corporate positions, ensuring alignment with company needs and cultural fit. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions, interview criteria, and hiring plans.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders and will have experience with full life-cycle recruitment processes. Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
