Global Fruit Movement Manager

Role Overview

The Global Fruit Movement Manager is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of global fruit movement streams from and to DEMEA sources for all berries. This includes fruit movement from other business units to DEMEA, but also from DEMEA towards other business units. The role ensures reliable supply, compliance, and operational efficiencies by aligning cross-functional teams and managing governance frameworks.

What You Will Do

The role involves overseeing global supply and demand processes, managing the Go To Market Team, building a scalable fruit movement framework, identifying supply and demand opportunities, and ensuring accurate forecasting and scenario planning. The Global Fruit Movement Manager also ensures adherence to global compliance standards, drives quality standardization across regions, and guarantees timely contracts and accurate administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in FMCG/Food
• 5–7 years of experience in S&OP, supply chain, import/export or trade
• Strong sense of structure, ability to maintain overview and switch quickly in dynamic environments
• Persuasive communicator with solid analytical skills and commercial awareness
• Strategic mindset
• Handles ambiguity and pivots quickly in dynamic environments
• Comfortable switching gears from strategy to hands-on problem solving
• Proactive, solution-oriented, resilient and flexible across time zones
• Excellent command of the English language
