Lead Nursery Supervisor

Role Overview

The Lead Nursery Supervisor will work with the Nursery Manager to implement best-growing practices and ensure the plants are grown to the highest possible standard. This position will be based in Sidi Bouknadel, Morocco. The Operations Department is accountable to fulfill Driscoll’s demand for fruit and the respective demand for plant material, innovation and research on plants, systems and techniques that can generate added value throughout the supply chain from plants to consumer Delight.

What You Will Do

Work with the Nursery Manager to implement best-growing practices, supervise field tasks, lead the team of field workers, task and labor planning, keep track of relevant records, and support the Nursery Manager on the planning aspect.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in horticulture and people management, experience with berry crops and substrate production, leadership skills, language skills in English and French, and excellent communication skills.
