Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the development, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic implementation of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and upgrades across the organization.
Configure and enhance core and custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Identify opportunities for improvement, such as automation, AI solutions or integrations. Manage platform upgrades, including impact assessments and remediation planning.
Strong experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, REST/SOAP APIs, and SaaS environments. Expertise in workflow design, form customization, and scripting within ServiceNow.
