Senior Accountant

Driven Brands is hiring a Senior Accountant to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. The role involves journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end reporting, with a focus on accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience obtaining and analyzing data from an ERP system (Oracle experience preferred, but not required)
• Proficient with Excel (including experience with pivot tables)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well on a team
• Ability to follow instruction and complete assignments in a timely manner
