Job description
As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operator in the setting and running of the machines, assisting in achieving quality standards, and delighting customers by producing high-quality product in a timely manner.
You will work in line with DS Smith standards, communicate and work well within a team, understand and achieve objectives, document good ways of working, and work on your own initiatives.
Some experience of manufacturing and shift work is required, and you will work closely with the Teams on various machines to receive the training you need to become a successful Operator and grow internal promotions.
