
Job description
The Safety Manager is responsible for implementing the Health and Safety Policy, monitoring and ensuring the application of rules, and participating in risk prevention and analysis. They will also ensure the continuous improvement of working conditions on different workstations in the factory.
The Safety Manager will accompany management in identifying and evaluating risks, prepare job descriptions in the context of risk evaluation, and ensure the preparation and update of the Unique Document for the Evaluation of Professional Risks (DUERP). They will also participate in welcoming new employees, ensuring the preparation and distribution of documents, and participating in re-welcoming employees to their workstation after an accident.
The ideal candidate will have confirmed and successful experience of at least 5 years on an industrial site in a safety-related position, be able to manage complex situations and stress, and have an analytical and pedagogical sense.
