Join our team at S-Payment to shape the future of payments and change it. As a Quality Manager, you will develop, operate, and further develop the quality management system according to ISO 9001. You will lead measures, define them, and support departments in their implementation, including quality-assured sustainability.
Your tasks include developing QM document templates, quality standards, and procedures, conducting formal inspections and approvals, and managing the inventory of valid documents and processes. You will also plan, organize, conduct, and monitor internal and external audits.
We are looking for someone with completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a focus on quality management, or a comparable qualification. You should have several years of experience in quality management of services, ideally in the payment or financial sector.
