Job description
The Lead Software Engineer - Java Middleware will support the coaching, mentoring and development of team members, manage the day-to-day activities of the team and specific business applications, and manage the software development process. The role requires strong technical skills in distributed middleware technologies, hands-on experience in multiple platforms, and prior experience in modernization projects.
Support the coaching, mentoring and development of team members, manage the day-to-day activities of the team and specific business applications, manage the software development process, estimate total costs for modules/projects, ensure success criteria is met, and support total delivery and a risk management mindset.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience, and strong technical skills in distributed middleware technologies, hands-on experience in multiple platforms, and prior experience in modernization projects.
