F&B Shift Manager

The F&B Shift Manager I oversees quick service restaurant(s) or point-of-sale locations with up to $5M in sales, ensuring optimal operational and financial performance. This role requires exercising sound judgment and broad discretion to maintain clean, fully staffed locations that consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting profitability targets and brand standards.

Requirements

• Oversees opening/closing procedures and holds shift managers accountable for checklist completion
• Deploys staff and resources to maximize profitability while maintaining P&L responsibility
• Hires, terminates, and makes advancement decisions for restaurant associates
• Provides coaching, support, and recognition to drive employee engagement
• Manages daily ordering, receiving, and inventory stocking procedures
• Maintains equipment through routine service and repairs
• Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
• Trains staff on safety protocols and wellness procedures
