The Director of Open Enrollment Programs is responsible for driving participant enrollment, revenue growth, and market expansion across Duke Executive Education's portfolio of non-degree open enrollment programs. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution across digital marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, and portfolio performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or revenue-focused roles, ideally in education, professional services, or B2C/B2B hybrid environments.
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through digital marketing and funnel optimization.
