Requirements
- Project Management: Lead the project management for entire shows or sequences
- Team Coordination: Oversee a team of Coordinators, Production Assistants, and other support staff
- Bid Day Budget Oversight: Management and tracking of bid day budgets
- Client and Internal Communication: Develop strong relationships with Directors, Producers, and Clients
- Resource Management: Coordinate with the crewing department to ensure all staffing issues are handled promptly
- Training and Development: Mentor and train junior staff members
