You are the leader on the construction site, responsible for the progress and completion of housing projects in your region. You lead your fixed team and subcontractors, and work closely with project management, pre-project preparation, and BIM specialists.

Requirements

• MBO diploma in Construction (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in housing construction
• Experience with BIM is a plus, but leadership and sense of responsibility are decisive
• Ability to work with a team and environment
• Good overview, intervenes where necessary, and never loses sight of the whole
