Design and Construction Project Manager

Station Casinos is seeking a Design and Construction Project Manager to support 'Beyond the Best' company culture and demonstrate standards at all stages of construction. This role involves budget management, schedule monitoring, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Practice, support, and promote Station Casinos’ ‘Beyond the Best’ company-wide culture.
• Prepare and monitor construction estimates from conceptual through construction stages.
• Manage budget and schedule, evaluate project scope and performance.
• Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.
• Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Prepare Contracts.
• Monitor construction activities.
• Monitor project change requests.
