Design Manager

This Design Manager will define project discipline, scope, and procedures, including preparation of staffing estimates, proposal review, execution of contracts, and financial oversight. They will monitor project progress, ensure adherence to standards, and provide guidance and recommendations to management and staff.

Requirements

• Defines discipline organization and participation on a project.
• Prepares staffing estimates and execution plans.
• Reviews and approves consultant LOI’s and Contracts.
• Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of assigned personnel.
• Conducts performance evaluations, recommends promotions, and manages salaries.
