They will be expected to find and close the right players for a demanding market within a fast-moving industry, in a hyper-competitive geography.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruitment as a Recruiter and no more than 3 yrs.
- Technical Recruitment is a plus
- Sourcing chops and practical experience with recruiting tools, technologies and best practices
- Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry a plus
- Impeccable Follow up and follow through skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
