Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or strategic partnerships in Australia.
• Demonstrated success in building and converting high-value business pipelines in Australia.
• Professional-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to independently drive opportunities and relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong professional network within relevant industries is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with regional management team.
• Must currently possess legal authorization to work in Australia without requiring company sponsorship, visa sponsorship, or work permit support.
