
Job description
Provide on-site technical support to users and industrial environments, ensuring the resolution of incidents, maintenance of equipment, and operational continuity.
Respond to incidents, diagnose problems, resolve or escalate when necessary, and ensure validation with the user before closure. Prepare, configure, and deliver equipment, and manage equipment lifecycle.
This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong understanding of IT systems and equipment.
