Job description
As our new IT Operations Specialist, you'll take ownership of our internal IT environment, set up and scale our new Cologne office, and manage our Microsoft environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure our IT systems are stable and future-proof.
You'll take full ownership of our internal IT environment, set up and scale our new Cologne office, manage and optimize our Microsoft environment, handle account management and access control, and continuously improve processes to make IT more scalable and future-proof.
We're looking for someone hands-on, service-minded, calm, clear in communication, and always thinking one step ahead. You'll be part of an ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused team with opportunities for personal development and growth.
