At Dyflexis, you'll help customers truly move forward with technical support you can be proud of. You'll support managers in retail, hospitality, and logistics with smart answers to complex questions about our workforce management software.
Analyze technical questions and resolve them via email and phone (Zendesk), help customers work better with our software, collaborate with Product and Development, and become an expert in our SaaS solution.
You're technically skilled, enjoy customer contact, and want to grow in SaaS support. You're looking for a team where speed, sharpness, and fun are central.
