Project Manager - Dynamic Engineering

Project Manager responsible for project management, leadership, profitability, and client management for a design team in land development consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years’ experience in Civil Site Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle
• Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of Truck and Turning & Modeling software
• In depth knowledge of the planning and zoning processes
• Knowledge of Hydrologic and Hydraulic Stormwater Design
• Proficient in design and drafting capabilities
• Proficient grading and drainage design skills
• Utility design experience including pump station and force mains
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals
• Proficient in the use of available mapping websites for due diligence and site investigation purposes
• Construction oversight experience for site work
• Proficient in the use of the following design tools for site engineering: AutoCAD Civil3D, Hydraflow, HydroCAD, PondPack, HEC-RAS
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
• Proficient in the use of Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe to prepare design document markups
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Independent and critical thinking abilities
• Superior organizational and delegation ability
• Ability to work and lead in a team-oriented environment with a focus on staff development and mentoring
• Client management experience
