Job description
Lead partners to design and launch advanced manufacturing processes for Dyson's unique products. Work with Contract Manufacturers (CM) and Joint Design Manufacturers (JDM) to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time, on spec, on cost, and on quality.
Coach and grow a team of Manufacturing Engineers, drive CM/JDM execution, solve complex technical issues, de-risk and validate equipment, optimize and improve processes, and collaborate globally.
Ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in designing and launching advanced production lines, strong people leadership and mentoring skills, and hands-on expertise in process validation, design of experiments, and statistical tools.
