Operations Manager, Operational Excellence

The Operations Manager, Operational Excellence, is responsible for driving operational excellence in Dyson’s outsourced manufacturing operations globally, overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations leadership in electronics or contract manufacturing operations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline
• Deep proficiency in world-class manufacturing methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, etc.)
• Experience managing both direct and indirect teams
• Outstanding influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and process optimization in manufacturing operations
