Operations Project Lead

The Operations Project Lead will lead the Dyson cross-functional Global supply chain project team and implement 'New ways of working' while ensuring seamless operational aspects of introducing new products to the market.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence with senior leaders across various business functions
• Experience managing CAPEX budgets for multiple projects
• Strong commercial acumen, specifically knowledge of commercial aspects of a manufacturing business
• Qualifications or detailed knowledge of PM and OM Industry tools
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and demonstrated application of the methodologies
