We are looking for a Procurement Negotiation Excellence Manager to lead negotiation strategy and execute complex deals to drive commercial excellence and deliver better technology and experiences for our product owners.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading complex, high-stakes commercial negotiations (procurement, licensing, partnerships, technology)
- Experience designing and delivering negotiation capability programmes at scale
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills—able to bring others on the journey
- Passion for finding creative solutions and continuously raising the bar
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Willingness to transform, challenge the status quo
- Excellent project management from strategic thinking to operational execution
- Strong reasoning/analytical ability leading to sound decision-making and judgment
- International experience and multicultural sensitivity a plus
- Master degree in Procurement or equivalent experience in business, law, engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, Harvard PON) are a bonus
- Fluent oral and written English
