Requirements

• Customer database management
• Commercial team service
• Commission agreement with agents
• Credit & debit value recording and issuance
• Customer, agent, and partner service
• Electronic submission of invoices EDI & AUL, as well as resolution of possible problems
• Monthly discounts on the invoice for all channels
• Service of the Ex Van channel (customers, discounts, billing)
• Indirect sales data management (file upload, data management)
• Price catalog management (entry, maintenance, and renewal)
• Participation in process and system improvement projects related to the department's operation
