Exports Administrator

Ε.J. PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking an Exports Administrator to join its International Markets team in Athens, Greece. The role involves managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Prepare and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, shipping documents, etc.)
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transport companies, and customs agents
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery to international customers
• Maintain accurate export records and update internal systems
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding export activities
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
• Support the sales and logistics teams with administrative tasks related to exports
