Research & amp ; Development Technologist

We are seeking a talented Research & Development Technologist to join our R&D team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development of new products and the optimization of existing brands, ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or MS in Food Science & Technology
• 1-3 years of experience in a food company, preferably in product development and/or reformulation
• Experience in pilot plant and laboratory work within the food industry
• Working knowledge of standard test analysis and operation of scientific equipment and software
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Accuracy and reliability in executing pilot trials
• Compliance with quality and safety requirements
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills
• Self-discipline, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
