Job Description
E.ON Customer Solutions Czechia is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help implement an agile methodology and functional agile model in their data teams.
Requirements
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile Coach or Scrum Master role
- Proven experience with introducing agile methodologies in organizations (agile transformation)
- Experience with coaching product owners and defining their responsibilities
- Experience with backlog management and facilitating prioritization
- Experience with agile transformations and change management
- Experience with agile project tools (Jira or similar)
- Ability to propose and implement a functional agile model tailored to the organization
- Exceptional ability to lead discussions
- Experience with managing changes and adoption of new processes in the organization
- Ability to coach teams and individual team members (especially product owners)
- Basic knowledge/experience of delivering data products (BI solutions, reporting, ETL development,...)
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proactive approach to finding and implementing improvements
