Job description
The Hyperscale Regional Operations Manager will oversee site performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction. They will maintain real-time visibility into site-level risks, constraints, and execution priorities, and ensure projects operate in a consistent, repeatable manner aligned with program standards.
The individual in this role will support and promote E2 Optics' Core Values, foster a safe, inclusive, and family-first work environment, and act as the primary escalation point for issues exceeding project authority. They will also lead, coach, and develop PMs and Sr. PMs, and maintain senior-level engagement with customer and GC leadership.
