
Job description
The Safety Manager is responsible for creating, developing, and supporting the execution of internal and external safety programs. They will drive behavior-based safety culture to achieve accident-prevention and loss mitigation at E2 Optics customer locations.
The Safety Manager will develop site-specific safety metrics, champion initiatives to enhance safety performance, and conduct incident/accident investigations. They will also maintain safety files and records, lead investigations, and coordinate with Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in EHS discipline, OSHA 501 certification, and 8+ years of Occupational Health and/or Safety experience in a construction environment.
