Requirements
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of individual teams
- Smooth, quality- and cost-optimized processing of construction projects
- Verification of technical documents and local conditions
- Continuous coordination with the respective order givers
- Preparation of documents such as construction documentation, measurements, and notices of restriction
- Continuous monitoring of the construction site and the execution of construction
- Contact person in emergency situations
- Monitoring and checking of external companies
- Participation in regular construction consultations
- Other administrative tasks
