Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview

Join our Munich Human Resources Department Team and play a key role in bringing our business forward and contributing to our continued success. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will develop effective business partnerships with management, develop and recommend HR solutions, and coordinate talent acquisition.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and execute talent acquisition, manage operational HR tasks, resolve complex employee relations and performance issues, and support local and corporate HR Management with administration of various projects and policy/procedure implementation and changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment administrative processes
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with MS office and other software
